TOP FOUR TRADE PLACES

The American Speed Association Northwest Sprint Car Series heads to Ephrata Raceway Park

Everett, WA – August 2, 2008 - The American Speed Association/Northwest Sprintcar Racing Association (ASA/NSRA) makes its one stop for the 2008 Championship season at Ephrata Raceway Park August 9th for the running of the Rebel Jackson Memorial presented by The C/P Starbound & Aleutian Spray Fisheries.

The ASA/NSRA drivers make their ninth stop of the 2008 season with the top four in points having the same names but have trading positions.  Matt Hein in the #98h now leads the points with Andy Alberding in the #76 second by only sixteen points followed by Jake Mann in the #51 just one point behind second place and Justin Mack in fourth trailing third place by five points.  Twenty-two points separate the top four.
The racing on the quarter-mile high banked oval in Ephrata will be tight and quick.  Drivers from the local winged sprint car series will join ASA/NSRA tour drivers on the track making a good finish for the top four ASA/NSRA drivers critical in their chase to the 2008 Championship!
